I knowwww. Tomomi Sasaki and... whoever that other artist is (who did the concept sketches) are really amazing.
lmao I didn't even notice the tiptoe thing, but it's more like they're hovering in midair or something. As for the short skirts, well, WA's designs are a lot more tame than... say... Final Fantasy or Tales. In fact, only some of the character classes in this game and one character in WA5 show any skin. Everybody else tends to be dressed from head to toe.
Actually, Tales (well, at least later games, which I am more familiar with) tend to have women dressed more conservatively. There's usually like...one fanservicey character, if that, and everyone else is fairly covered up. I think Rutee and Judith are the only really "whoa, hey" examples. Anyway, I didn't mean to make a statement or anything lol, I just found it amusing.
Yeah, but that's the thing. Tales has fanservice characters, WA doesn't (or didn't, until they hired Tomomi Sasaki lol - see icon). And no, I didn't take it as such so it's okay, haha.

The amount of female characters who have short skirts and stand on tiptoe is kind of ridiculous, however.
I do want to play this.
