Is there a trusted medical practitioner I can get a hold of? And more importantly, where can I find a firearms dealership at this time of the day? The... Phone book wasn't very helpful in that regard.

Someone has tended to my dislocated shoulder, but they say it will take weeks for it to heal. Is that normal?
