Mmmm!! I see you prudently share the burger
and fries. But, what's the yummy looking
stuff in the two glasses?

You both look very healthy and happy, pretty.
If you rode either one of those routes, you
probably burned enough calories for a whole
lot more than what it looks like you ate in
the photo! You rock big time!!!

We don't worry too much about the calories; we worry more about the health thing, and this particular lunch out was a total treat!! We rarely eat anything fried, and we rarely eat any refined flour, or full-fat dairy products! Or fatty cuts of meat, for that matter...I doubt that burger was ground sirloin, and...fries, white bun, and real ice cream with more cream than can be found anywhere in nature...well. This was a treat.

I've just totally fallen in love with this urban biking thing. It feels like flying, and I have a sense of freedom that just can't be beat. And we are broke, so we never spring for food at a restaurant...I'll tell you, the promise of breakfast out, or lunch out at the end, can really get a girl out of bed in the morning!

Yes, its a digital camera. We had a fabulous one that broke, and we just replaced it. Meanwhile I've been limping along with a little piece of crap we borrowed, and it is GREAT to have a good camera again!

As for the AIDS ride, give me details, and we'll consider it. How long is it? Where? When? Etc...

High praise indeed! We love the urban bike experience. I feel like the sweaty helmet on the restaurant table is so fashionable! It reminds me of how I felt when I bought my first pair of Birkenstocks in high school! The fashion item that is totally necessary!
