Welcome to our fair city!

I am an FTM guy. so I guess I have experience with that. I run transgender youth support group for youth up to 21. So, if your boy is 21 or under he is welcome. It meets Mondays at 8pm at MCC/St. John's Methodist at the corner of Washington and Kingshighway 500 Washington Place. The first meeting each month is open to Significant Others, Friends, Family, and Allies. So, you are welcome to that if you want support as an SO.

Cool to hear about the support group! I'll talk to Sam about it. He's 18 so I figure he'd fit right in. We're both kind of reserved and shy, but it would be good for both of us to get out and meet some people like us.

Do you know of any resources in or around eastern Kansas for FTMs? Like clinics for hormones, doctors, groups, anything? I'm having difficulty finding anything and I'm hoping that doesn't mean they aren't there.

i've had to do the hiding thing somewhat...i guess i don't have a person to hide, since i'm dating a man...but i'm bi, and my family has no idea. they have no problem with homosexuals...but they buy into the idea that monogamy is the only way to go, and there's no way a bisexual can be monogamous. i could rant about that all night...but the long and short of it is that i'm out to everyone but my family, and i don't think i'll ever be out to them.
