from the mind of a banker.

one of the things i’m noticing while doing my project is that, due to varying levels of managerial control, or silly customer service rules, each different bank has a sort of personality all its own. this extends far beyond the issue of just who’s working there-it’s in the very fibers of their jobs ( Read more... )

in your first paragraph of rant i thought you meant each individual bank within one company (and probably mechanics since thats where you work!), then read on to realize that you meant each different banking institution.

and with that i'd like to state that each individual bank within the company has its own personality too! for example, i apparently work at a more 'hood bank (cause as we know there aren't real banks in the hood....cash checking and maybe a credit union, yes....bank, no)....and so due to our 'hood we also be keepin' it real and breaking hella dumbass wells fargo rules to keep the crackheads and hustla's happy, or at least as happy as their dumbasses could be for banking at such a horrible institution. AND I NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE OR WILL ASK FOR A MOTHERFUCKING SMILE! and if my boss tried to make me id fucking quit and bitch slap her just for asking.

so i responded to your big bank rant with a little bank rant. nice.

i like bank rants. even though these two make us both faggots. but anyhoo....yeah, i love working in hilltop because, aside from our location on 42nd and macdonald, this is our hoodest location. AND IT'S THE BANK'S HEADQUARTERS! that's what happens when your bank was started in the rich.

mech bank, throw it up, throw it up.
