today i drove all through napa for work. i think that's the only thing about this summer project that i like: seeing new shit. i've been to napa once before, earlier this summer, on a wine-tasting with my sister. i've also driven through it a few times. but i've never gone downtown and actually SEEN the place. it's really nice. kinda like a ( Read more... )

FUCK THE SOUTH BAY TIMES A FUCKING BILLION!

its a fucking dirty bog. no blue sky. no scenic routes. no hills (except the ones off in the distance that nobody seems to inhabit, except perhaps a few people down their with some smarts....very few)

everyday this week, when im finally getting into oakland on 580, i hit the final 5 miles of my drive and i get SO FUCKING HAPPY when i see the little sign that says "begin scenic route." im back in the beautiful (part of) the bay that i love...
