I have been working with depression for about a decade now. I am medicated and managed, but sometimes that isn't enough. I'm wondering if it's time to start looking at other meds to see if there's something better that I can work with.
I also look at doing aerobic exercise. I've left myself several notes to the future that it really does help. I know I should, but actually *doing* it requires effort that I am not entirely in control of.
And then winter sets in. Hibernation and hermitage calls to the downsters.
