S2 storyline, Hudmels, Kurt calls Carole "Mom" anonymous June 16 2011, 14:04:14 UTC

Just what the title says. The Hudmels are out enjoying a family night, no drama, no fighting, no angst. It's just a nice, normal, family activity, Kurt and Carole are talking about something entertaining and Kurt just casually calls Carole "Mom" for the first time.

THEN there's drama and angst. Because Kurt realizes he really does think of Carole as a mother, now. He loves her....but how can he betray his REAL mother like that? Is he forgetting her? Replacing her? What kind of person replaces their mother? Epic bonus points for Carole being amazing, and secretly so, so thrilled to be accepted by Kurt like that, but understanding why he feels terrible about it. Super epic bonus points for Burt helping him understand that loving Carole doesn't mean they love Kurt's mom any less, and that she would want Kurt to have that kind of relationship in his life.

I will give you my soul, firstborn, and the fill of your choice if you include Finn shyly asking if he can call Burt "dad" now.
