Valentines Episode Spoilers- Student complaint/ Homophobia anonymous February 17 2012, 02:45:18 UTC
So, it was fairly obvious that Joe isn't the one who filed a complaint with Figgins, so who was? The closer to home the better. I would prefer it if it wasn't Kurt, Quin or Sam though.

Interesting. I think a good potential one could be Mercedes. She seemed a little too bordering on homophic/ok with people being homophobic. She was the one that questioned should they sing the song for Santana, not Joe.

So I think she would fit well for this prompt, especially since she's really close to home (both in new directions and friends with 'gay people' (her words)).

So second. :)

It’s not like she… minds… that Brittany and Santana are dating. Santana has lost a lot of her bitchy edge, recently, and that’s definitely worth the uncomfortable squirm in her stomach whenever she sees them holding hands. She’s definitely not going to be the one to tell them that they could be even happier, if only they could fall in love with guys the way they have with each other. And the thing is, she knows that they can. Santana slept with practically every boy in the whole school, for God’s sake, and Brittany wasn’t far behind.

But she doesn’t have a problem with it, not really. It’s just that… well, other people do. Aren’t things hard enough for the Glee Club, without their public displays? It was one thing when they kept it hidden, tucked away into the shadowed fringes of McKinley gossip. Now, though, when they kiss each other in public, seemingly oblivious to the jeers ( ... )

Not the OP.

That's excellent! Few words, but the internalized prejudices and a whole lot of - unflattering, but not really unrealistic given the prompt's needs - Tina characterization! Loved it, very powerful!
