Blaine's been struggling with depression recently--not for any one big reason, but a bunch of little things--and finally found the strength to reach out to someone. And just when he does, Karofsky tries to kill himself. Blaine doesn't feel like he has the right to talk about how he's been feeling suicidal lately, not now. Right now isn't about him. He should really be strong and supportive for Kurt right now, not fixated on his own petty problems.

Because Blaine brought his boyfriend aside and told him that life's too short to even care at all. Is there any way to interpret that besides as a cry for help?
