Quinn survives her accident, but is left quadriplegic.

And suddenly, she finds herself struggling with the same suicidal desires that she couldn't understand a week earlier.

(I'd prefer if she doesn't go through with it eventually, but struggles with the urge and tries to convince other people to help her with it at first.)

Bonus for either Faberry or Rachel as Quinn's best friend through the worst parts, and Artie friendship.
