When the police call in the middle of the night on one of Burt's rare nights home to tell him that his son is in jail, Burt assumes they mean Finn. After all, the few times Kurt's caused trouble at school, it's always been for a good cause. But Finn is fast asleep and safe in his own bed and it's Kurt sitting in the jail cell.

Up to anon why Kurt's in jail but prefer it has nothing to do with homophobic cops.
