3x22 spoilers - Puck, ND; TRIGGER: permanent injury

Puck ended up joining the army with Finn after graduation and during their eventual deployment, Puck got injured. In the end, one of his legs was amputated. He recovered, accepted his injury for what it was, and went on with the rest of his life. Married Quinn. Had kids.

Somehow, though, most of their friends never found out about Puck's injury. With the distance that formed, people lost touch, so when Puck shows up to the ten-year reunion and they find out, they're shocked. Puck had been their friend and logically they know it wasn't their fault. People lose touch after high school. They grow apart. But still... They can't help feeling like they should have been there for him.

I imagine that the only people that know are Quinn, Finchel, and Kurt. Preferably no Klaine or very little mentioned.
