The reason Sugar's dad spoils her as much as he does? He's trying to make up for the fact that he isn't her biological father. He knows it's silly and that she loves him no matter what, but he feels like he needs to make up for the father that took off when she was a baby.

What he doesn't know, though, is that Sugar found out years ago. It doesn't bother her. She knows who her biological father is and she knows she has siblings. That was the real reason why she auditioned for Glee. She wanted to get to know her brother.

Whether or not Puck knows Sugar is his sister is up to the filler. He could have known for ages. She could have told him. He could have found out on his own. He could never find out and they just remain friends. Completely up to the filler.

It was hard to find a balance between wanting to chill out and knowing I had to work hard if I ever wanted a chance at success. Of course we were almost done, but I knew all too well that one mistake could cost me everything. I knew I just had to maintain my focus. I had to just keep in mind my goal of getting out of here.
