Set during Babygate.
Quinn won't let Puck be a part of the baby's life. Puck, however, wants nothing more than to be everything his own father wasn't. Fearing that Quinn's dismissal of him meant he wasn't worthy, he attempts to take his own life after school during football practice. Finn finds him in the locker room, and although he's still angry with him for the betrayal, he could never leave him to die.
Finn carries the unconscious Puck out to his car to drive him to a hospital, when Quinn catches up with them in the parking lot. She is immediately trying to help (maybe trying to take over a bit, and Finn gets annoyed?) and gets in Finn's car with them.
Quinn is by Puck's side while he recovers far more than anyone else, even his mom and sister. The guilt of knowing she'd pushed him away is killing her.
Ending is open to the author, although I'd prefer he not die.
Loosely based on the Kelly Clarkson song "Save You", bonus points if Quinn sings it to Puck when he returns to Glee.
