Hummels, Karofsky - they find an injured Karofsky

Burt and Kurt are driving home at night, but the conditions are horrible. Suddenly they see a vehicle on the side of the road that clearly was in some sort of accident pretty recently. They decided to check out if there's anyone injured in the car. Turns out there is one person - Dave Karofsky.

Burt is pissed at him, Kurt is terrified of him, but they can't leave a bleeding, half-conscious person by himself. They call 911, but they're told they can't get there for a while because of the weather. Burt and Kurt stay with him till the paramedics get there.

In his delirium Karofsky sees Kurt and starts babbling awkward things about him, how pretty he is, how much he likes him, how much he tries to hate him, how sorry he is for everything, etc, etc.
