It's okay. I've been suffering from an eating disorder for years, and my mom used to say stuff like that all the time, thinking she was being helpful. I just need to avoid the things that turn on "Mom voice" inside my head. :)

I'm really sorry to hear that. It sounds like the mother of my best friend. :( Best to steer clear of this if it might "turn on 'Mom voice.'"

Hmmm, I'm pretty sure I recognize your writing style. But since you decided to fill this in anonymouse form, I'll keep my guesses to myself. ;)

Even if you aren't who I think you are, the fact that you're writing is so similar to one of my favorite fillers excites me. ♥ This is a really promising start!

(And I was the Anon thinking about claiming this. My schedule is all over the place and I'm already doing three other fills though (oh my god why did I say I might do this), so I'm really glad someone else is filling it since the prompt is excellent. ♥)

Similar to one of your favorite fillers, huh? That's pretty flattering. :)

(I'd love to read you fill this if you're still up to it. Your writing style is awesome. :D)

Thanks. That's encouraging that I can creep you out this early on. :) This has been interesting to write so far.

This is easier for me to write than I'd anticipated, and I'm not sure whether or not that's a good thing.“You’re late ( ... )

“Are you feeling okay?” Blaine asked after the rehearsal ended, his brow furrowed gently in concern. Boys were streaming out of the room in twos and threes, some still humming lightly under their breath, shuffling their feet about to mime the steps they'd just learned ( ... )

This is gut wrenching and so disturbing. Uggh. I shudder to read it cause the emotional abuse and its toll are so subtle but real and painful. Brilliant.

I'm glad this is coming off okay. I have this overwhelming fear that I'm overdoing it with the dialogue.

You can really feel the cold indifference in Blaine's voice. I can't wait for more.

I can see him being kind of cold and distant to Kurt in canon because everyday Dalton is a completely different social setting than where they've previously been and Kurt is kind of an outsider. Hope you continue to enjoy this. ♥

God, he was tired. The homework load here was astronomical. Kurt honestly hadn’t anticipated the amount of work it would take to transfer and get himself situated, though he supposed having only one wardrobe option helped (as much as he hated, hated, hated seeing that same stupid shirt, those same stupid pants and that stupid, ugly blazer hanging in his closet day after day). Time management had suddenly become a problem. Between hitting the books, getting all the songs and dances for the Warblers down and attempting to build an entire social life from scratch in this place where everybody already knew everyone else, Kurt had very little time to himself. It really didn’t help that he now had a shot at an actual boyfriend. Love made things so much more difficult ( ... )
