Puck didn't REALLY go under the knife, but KURT doesn't know that so when he gets pregnant he thinks back to his drunken black out and thinks he accidentally cheated on Puck (he DIDN'T) not wanting to loose the baby, he breaks up with Puck and goes to visit his gay uncles Brian and Justin (Yep, QaF Brian and Justin).
