Somehow, Sebastian gets his hands on a Kurt/Blaine sex tape.

He still wants Blaine, so he starts watching it expecting to be turned on by Blaine and intending to try and ignore Kurt's parts. Instead, as soon as tape!Kurt starts taking his clothes off, Sebastian can't take his eyes off of him.
