This article is sent as a message to one Kurt Hummel, junior and current underdog of the notorious Skanks, those who are always caught smoking under the bleachers and dye their wild hair in a crazy rainbow of colours: you are going to be a father!

Yes, dear reader, it has been revealed, in an anonymously sent in, veritable album of photos, depicting the pair kissing and groping, that Hummel is in a secret relationship with Blaine Anderson, notorious sophomore nerd who’s been constantly bullied for the last year, and is almost certainly the one who gave Anderson the bump people have already glimpsed underneath the baggy cardigans and guise of golden boy.

I was into this until this bit. Sorry, but I can't stand that Blaine seems to completely disregard his own self worth here - he knows Kurt lied to him and isn't going to support him, yet he still offers sex as comfort? That's not romantic, that's depreciating.

I know the kink-meme doesn't like people posting this kind of stuff, but I had to say it.

I admit I was really confused reading it, but yeah, I also think it's a flashback and I suppose the author just forget to segnaled it.

Narratively it wouldn't really make sense if they were just two consecutive scenes.

I'm using what my English teacher would refer to as a 'fragmented narrative', nonnie, so this part takes place several months before Part A and B, when the boys first entered into their secret relationship. Sorry, I should've made that clearer :)

Thanks for the clarification.

I commented because I've just seen a lot of Blaine subjugating himself to Kurt, disregarding of his own well-being & self worth, in recent glee fanfictions, and so that's where my mind went right away when I read the 1c bit.

It makes much more sense this way, so thanks for clearing that up. Given that lots of other people seemed to pick up on the time transition, sorry for not cluing in. But maybe in future posts, an easier way to signify your fragmented narrative is to give a heading with dates and months.

I'll keep reading now that I know Blaine is in good hands. :)
