While rewatching NBK, I couldn't help but notice that Will seemed a little turned on by Rachel's outfit in Start Me Up/Living on a Prayer.

After the rest of the Glee kids leave, he asks Rachel to stay behind. He then proceeds to fuck her senseless while she talks dirty to him. I would like them to already be in a relationship so it's really just Will letting off steam after seeing Rachel being all sexy during the performance.
