I loved the musical performances, even Baby Got Back. BGB was so silly and so aware of it that it was absolutely infectious. It was also the perfect reminder that Glee used to be about a bunch of misfits and underdogs, all labeled losers, who were flawed in every possible way, but somehow still managed to shine when they pulled together. I suspect that it was a message to the audience that Rachel warned Kurt away from them, that Rachel is never going to be portrayed as an underdog again, even as a first-year student
