Why do I keep chasing the wrong people? Someone with a non-existent future? We don't ever know what we really want until it's too late. In the end, 'want' is something we can't control. It runs alongside us, but we can never quite keep up

Chase the wind my friend. What's the harm in trying?

Falling behind only means that you get the chance to view all the possibilities before it's too late and you can't turn back.
Falling behind only means that before you hit the wall, you can see it, and stop yourself.
Falling behind only means that you can catch the person in front of you incase they ever fall back.
Falling behind isn't always such a bad thing. :)
