There were very few non-Slytherins with whom Puck would be caught, dead or alive. But fellow guitarist Artie Abrams was one of the very few. He spotted him as he walked into The Three Broomsticks, giving him a grinn as he crossed over, taking a seat at Artie's table. "What's up?" he asked. "How 'bout that crazy Potions homework?"
Artie glanced up at the familiar voice, to see Puck there. Artie and Slytherin's generally didn't get on, even though Artie was a pure blood wizard, but Puck was bearable. He raised an eyebrow at his sort-of friend. "That crazy homework is lying untouched right now," he said, shrugging slightly. "My Transfiguration was driving me crazy before I came here."
"Transfiguration's not so bad," Puck replied, ordering a butterbeer as he shifted to sprawl out in his seat. "The worst is History of Magic, though," he added, groaning. "I actually don't get what the big deal is. It's a waste of my fucking time." With a groan, he glanced around the room, winking at a 5th year Slytherin girl across the room and grinning as he watched her giggle to her friends.
"Transfiguration is a bit harder for me, that's all," Artie said shrugging. "History of Magic is okay, it's a coast for me. Big deal is you learn from the past, basically. Not a total waste of time." Artie caught his look and rolled his eyes. "Seriously dude? I though you and Santana had an understanding?"
