So a while ago I gave you all a taste of my poetry prowess. Well fear not friends!

The Platypus

A Parody of William Blake's "The Tyger"
by: Me! Your friend Rachel!

Platypus! Platypus! Burning bright,
In the swamplands of the night,
What comedic hand or eye
Could frame thy odd absurdity?

Oh, what drunken jest and slur
Shaped the poison of thy spur?
On what beak did he aspire?
What the flipper dare seize the fire?

And what tail, and what quack,
Could wrought the fur upon thy back?
And when the water begin to tread,
What dread claw? And what dread egg?

What the cheek pouch? What the bill?
Just how half-baked was thy will?
What the beaver? What dread duck
In transformation did get stuck?

When Aussies hunted with their spears,
And the mighty dingo did they fear,
Did they laugh when they did see,
Did he who made the Koala make thee?

Platypus! Platypus! burning bright
In the swamplands of the night,
What comedic hand or eye
Could frame thy odd absurdity?

Today was 80s day and I was the only girl who didn't look like every other girl who dressed 80s. Yay me!

I am somewhat addicted to FF8 now.

I had sushi for dinner from a new place by my house. It was ok.

I hate mood swings.

I love you guys. Did I ever tell you that? Yeah. It's true. I love you man.
