Rating: NC-17 Pairing: Kurt/Blaine Word Count: 4400 words Summary: 3.05 fic. This is the episode itself. Kurt. Shifting, and accepting, and communicating what he wants.
A fun thing about writing this story was the amount of times I 'had' to watch the relevant scenes. It was tough, but I persevered. Thank you very very much!
So beautiful! The missing pieces from the episode are perfect, they fit right in. (This is totally what happened, right? Right!) This episode is among my favorites simply as a piece of artwork - each transition is visually stunning and really carries the emotions and plot. What I'm trying to say here is that only did you offer very realistic and honest gap-fillers, you kept the wonderfully gorgeous tone and flow that I loved about the episode.
(Also just read Casual Domesticity - LOVE IT! The thoughts about the vulnerability of looking and learning to look... just, guh. Said more beautifully than I could ever manage.)
Oh gosh - this was SUCH a lovely comment. I often pay attention to the rhythm of stories so to hear that the beautiful rhythm of this ep was kept - well, wonderful. Yay!
A lot of people commented on the looking/learning to look in CD. So I kept it in mind and used it in this one too. Makes so much sense for these two (Kurt especially) I think. And it's hot. So.
This was so sweet and cute and sexy and loving. I loved how turned on Kurt was all the time. I loved how Blaine is so able to say things out loud. All the dialog was perfect. I could really see it all happening. And it was very hot. Excellent work. :D
Thank you so very much! About Blaine saying things out loud - it is a big part of my head canon for Blaine that he is sexually confident (not experienced, and it doesn't mean he isn't nervous), but he wants and wants Kurt to want, and just wants to make it so awesome for Kurt and give him so much love. So he just puts things out there...and It just works as a combo, because Kurt wants too and he's figuring it out, but he isn't as comfortable as Blaine, but Blaine being able to just put things out there gives Kurt the chance to leap...so yes. Blaine just says things.
Writing the 'real' Kurt and Blaine is my goal. So thank you so so much. :)
Thank you so much. I am always happy to get the 'in character' comments because it's all I aim for. Plot be damned. It's all about their voices. Thank you!
Oh! I'm a bit surprised to read that, but I'm glad it meant something to you. I know how certain comments make me perk up, so it's very nice and beyond flattering to know I could do that for you. :)
