Summary: Kurt and Blaine and their first Pride together - June 2011. In which Blaine is shirtless, and Kurt is distracted. Because honestly, they had just entered into the world of the unscheduled shirtless make out session. Precisely once. And it was incredible. newboyfriends!Klaine.

SO MANY FEELS!!! I loved seeing our boys getting to experience their first Pride together, and the joy and excitement of truly getting to be themselves and express their love for one another freely in public for the first time without worry. And I loved Carole and Burt being all excited about being there to support their boys, and the part at the end where Kurt is thinking about how Blaine has become part of the family had my lip wibbling. And now I'm even more excited to go to my local Pride celebration in a couple weeks!

It's such a great thing about Pride - especially in a place where holding hands in public on an ordinary day isn't comfortable or safe. One day a year, you can do it and be totally inconspicuous. But our boys are just so sweet that the other gay kids just have to feel a bit jealous...:) Thank you so much.

This reminds me of MY first Pride parade (in Columbus, Ohio actually LOL)

But back on topic, the writing was superb. Innocent but interested Kurt and teasing Blaine, what's not to like? Your voices are wonderful. Very well done!

A true Columbus Pride attender - glad it seemed to work! It's totally modelled after my experience of Toronto Pride. I did no research because it's just a little fic but I guess Pride is Pride...

Thank you for your comment on the voices. It's my thing to get their voices right. I would love to screenwrite because I hear their voices in my head...:)
