Fantasy one shot? ^^ Haha, enjoy!
The queen and the pauper
Everyday, he watched her. Watched her but made no sound. He watched as she laughed with her friends, her head thrown back, her brown hair shining healthily and her teeth gleaming. Her face was radiant with happiness, unlike him, who could never be like her. She was always surrounded by friends, by people, she was just like a magnet. Whereever she walked, you would see surges of people crowding to her.
But he just often slunk back, watching her from afar. She was a distant fantasy, a princess in a land where he didn't belong to. But just watching her made him happy.

She often gazed thoughtfully at him when no one was looking at her, and that was seldom. But when she was in bio, she could go off to her little land, and gaze and gaze at him. Bio was the only class where she could be free of the crowd, take of her crown for a little while, and just be plain, simple, Seohyun.
She thought him cute. He was classified along with the rest of them as the "nerd group" of course, but there was something about him, just something about him, that drew her to him. Maybe it was the way he pushed up those thick-framed glasses of his when they fell down. Or the way he bit the top of his pen and how he screwed up his eyes when he was thinking. Or maybe it was the way he ran his hand through his mop of brown hair when he was embarrassed.
He was eccentric yes, but still cute in a sense.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
He watched her again, sighing absent-mindedly. To his horror, she turned. He gulped and quickly redeemeed himself, clearing his throat loudly and pushing his glasses up. "Cho Kyuhyun, stop that throat clearing immediately!" the teacher ordered crossly. The class giggled softly and Kyuhyun ran his hand through his hair.
Seohyun hid a smile. "What a cutie!" Seohyun thought to herself.
After school, Seohyun found herself in those immensely rare times when nobody was free to go home with her. Usually, she went out with a bunch of friends but today, all of them were busy. Seohyun sighed. 'Looks like the queen of the school has to step down one rung today," she thought to herself, half laughing.
She stepped out of the school gates when she suddenly heard loud shouting. She quickened her pace to the source of the noise. A couple of senior students were pushing and shoving Kyuhyun, who was helplessly clutching on to his blue bag and desperately pushing his glasses up.
Seohyun felt a wave of anger rush over her. "Yah! Stop it!" she shouted at the senior students. They turned, they slowly advanced to her. "No matter how popular you are, you're still our silly junior," one of them snarled, and the rest smirked.
Seohyun's anger subsided and a new fresh feeling took over her. Fear. These seniors looked menancing. She took a step back, then another. Suddenly, something blue clouded her vision and the guy who had spoken to her fell to the ground. Suddenly, everything happened in a blur and she found herself being pulled out of the school by Kyuhyun.
Panting, they reached the public park. Seohyun took a good look at Kyuhyun. This was her first time looking at him up close. She found that... he really was pretty good looking actually. He was still bent, panting heavily. As he stood up and looked at her, he blushed a furious red. "Sorry," he muttered, beginning to move away.
"Hey wait,' Seohyun called, catching hold of him. He turned slowly to her. There was one single word ruling his mind-beautiful. His heart pounded as she reached for his glasses and took them out. She ruffled his hair and carefully untucked his shirt. She gently took his bag from him and then stepped back approvingly at him.
He was melting already. This girl...this fantasy princess..so close to him.. that he could reach out to her... touch that hair... that porcelain like face.. He didn't realise that he was actually doing it. They drew closer to each other, relishing in the moment they had seemed to wait for all their school days. They had spent moments secretly admiring each other, but both had never spoken to each other before.
Now, now this was their moment.
Seohyun felt like she had always known him. It was an unexplanicable love. She barely knew him in reality, but in her fantasy world, she knew she knew him. This was her fantasy coming true just as much as his was coming true. They gazed at each other intently.
But then Kyuhyun broke away.
Seohyun was confused and hurt. "Why?" she asked, broken. "You and I come from different worlds. You're the queen, I'm just a pauper." he said disdainfully.
"But we can join worlds, and the queen chooses who she wants to be with," she said. he turned to her again, a slow smile spreading over his face. 'Do-Do you really mean it?" he asked. She took his hand. "It might be slow at first, a different type of love, but yes, I mean it Kyuhyun."
And so they stood holding hands, their new lives ahead of them, the queen and the pauper.
