The migraine caused me to load up on so many painkillers and caffeine that I cannot sleep. So, of course, I watched the ep again, and read many reaction posts, and I have this to say...
Wouldn't that be the best? I fear they already shot their Pinto wad in "In the Beginning" though.
Also, belated happy birthday, lady! I didn't realize you were among the select group of awesomeness that is the Virgo race, but I really should have realized it. ;)
Someone hypothosized that the Impala could be the black horse Famine rides in on...doesn't work for the 'horses' theme, but it would be an amazing way to recogonize the Impala as more of a character than just a reoccuring prop. And Dean!angst!
Heeee, I like this. Colt, Bronco...both horses. We need a third...a Pinto horse is coloration, not breed, but hey: it's still a horse....
Of course, the Horsemen don't necessarily have to ride in on cars that are "horses" either...I'm sure Kripke & Co. could come up with some other interesting "horses" for Pestilence, Famine, and Death to ride in on...especially if each gets their own episode; the last two'll be spotted a mile away if they all have apropo-colored horse-named cars.
Can't wait to find out!!! I'm picturing a tiny child in a cowboy hat being a Horseman Avatar, with a black, white, or green stick-pony, or on a cheerful merry go round...
