I've been slowly cleaning up around the house, decreasing the amount of Stuff we have amassed over the years.  (I was told I could throw away anything I wanted, as long as I didn't tell anyone what I threw away.  Kinda sad when you realize that we have so much Stuff laying around that I could throw away Stuff that would never be missed because it

I am also about to do a serious clean-out of cookbooks. I have found I rarely use them anymore! I have a few old standards that I go back to over and over, but I now almost exclusively use Tastespotting for both inspiration and recipes, or I just make it up as I go along.

After the Big Cookbook Clean-Out, it seems I have more period and not-really-period-but-could-be-generally-applied-to-period books than I have modern cookbooks.

I'll have to look up Tastespotting now. . . =)
