I can't say I broke down. There really wasn't any slow agonizing progression leading to my purchase of the shiny new DVD. But I did buy it, ignoring the twinge of spend-guilt reminding me that i'm only putting myself another thirty dollars further away from a new computer.. But buy it I did ( Read more... )

Hun, it's like this -and I'm only being straightforward because I like you so much:
I don't read your journal.
Nor do I read several other people's journals, and I've taken them off my list too.
My removal of you from my LJ friends list is not indicative of you not being an actual friend. I love you to death, my wife, but I just don't end up reading everybody's journal entries anymore...
I'm -not- saying that you're boring, nor that I don't care to know what's going on in your life, only that I don't feel the need to be updated as often as I check my LJ friends list.
This all probably just sounds cold, but please believe me, I certainly didn't mean it as a slight.
