Yeah, Glenny. I know things have not been easy, and I know that things tend to repeat themselves, but this doesn't mean they forever well. Keep your chin up (stay erect!), and if you ever need a huge hug, I'm only 15 floors (well, 14, since there is no 13th floor) away!
