Passing

As if I didn't have enough to deal with already, I must sadly announce the passing of Sylvia Coleman, my maternal Grandmother. She was very old and very ill and it is a blessing although I don't see it that way right now. She was one of the few people in the world who accepted me for who I was and I will miss her dearly.

Goldie, let me just take this moment to say I am very sorry for your loss. But let me stand for the many people you have given strength and inspiration to over the many years, and say thank you. Even if you do manage to run out of it, know that you've given so much strength to so many people, it will kinda balance out. Not entirely, but kinda.

Hell, maybe G-d keeps testing because he's surprised at how well your standing.

Either way, you're in Jonesy's and the rest of the binghamtonites-who-know's prayers. Much luck.

It is nice to hear that I have made a difference. It's the kind of thing that keeps me going when I get down. It is rare that a teacher hears about the good he/she does.
