Upcoming gigs and sadder news

Today I ordered tickets for Tiamat and The 69 Eyes (sadly no Scream Silence any more) on 2nd March and Dornenreich and Agalloch on 26th March. It has been a while since I went to a gig on a week night but looks like I have 2 next month.

In sadder news, it is shame to hear about the death of Miika Tenkula. Sentenced were the band that introduced me

Scream Slience will be supporting Zeromancer in Slimelight on 11th April. As Beyong the Veil is on that weekend I'm considering going to Leeds via Sheffield on the 10th April and seeing Scream Silence at The Corporation.

Still undecided about BTV, though I would like to go. The slimelight gig is a good back-up plan if I can't make it. P.S. Happy birthday!

RIP Miika :( never been a particular Sentenced fan, but Noose is a fantastic, haunting song.

Dornenreich... damned that they're playing on a Thursday :( they're one of the best live bands I've ever seen (granted, last time I saw them was 7 years ago)

I'm not sure if Dornenreich have ever played in the UK before this gig but I'm really looking forward to it.
