• I entered my 26th year of life last Wednesday; besides the traditional dinner out with the family, I was treated to other dinners by other people and astute_reason saw fit to get me more Giants paraphernalia. It's been a nice birthday week.
• I have imbibed my first egg nog of the season. This is always a high point of the winter.
