For far too many years to count I have had one daily read; Game Central, the gaming news and reviews magazine hosted on Channel 4's teletext service. It started out as Digitiser, and moved pages quite a few times before being changed to Game Central in 2003. I've signed the petition, for what that's worth. It'd be a shame to see Digitiser (in whatever form) eventually fall off the Tubes.

I used to follow it avidly back in its Digitiser days, but I must confess, I stopped reading when Biffo left and it got the Game Central rebrand. It was still full of information at that stage, but lost its sense of humour, IMHO. I read it more for the comedy value than any actual requirement for gaming knowledge.

Thing is, being Teletext, the person/people currently doing it will likely be salaried, and even if it's hosted elsewhere, there might not be enough commercial interest to keep it afloat. Nevertheless, for nostalgia's sake, I have signed.
