I found it, it's in Mean Girls but it's not the exact quote.

"Don't have sex, because you will get pregnant and die! Don't have sex in the missionary position, don't have sex standing up, just don't do it, OK, promise? OK, now everybody take some rubbers."

haha. I like that. there's a related one in this movie called Home Fries where the teacher of a Lamaze class goes "Open those legs! You didn't get pregnant with your legs closed, and you won't have your baby with your legs closed!"
