And I couldn't believe it when they left out Dumbledore's Howler, I was really looking forward to seeing that ... but I forgave it 'cause I was so impressed by the Dementor scene. >>

No wonder deprived souls who have only seen these films dismiss these books as stupid kid stories, the villains are really about as menacing as Delores Umbridges kitten plates. Okay, I'm going to have to stop pasting whatever you've said with a big "I KNOW!!!" after it. I wasn't quite realzing why it bothered me so much, the scene with the twins. I mean, in the books it's one of my favourites, but I couldn't put my finger on why it left me so cold. You've reminded me, and now I realize. Ugh, what a total fuckup. >< And I know we haven't seen Peeves at all ... maybe I should just be grateful that only readers of the books will ever be gifted with, "Give her hell from us, Peeves." (Oh, and I was amused how you wrote this section, too. ^^)

I'm so glad you liked how Helena Bonham-Carter (fuck if I know the right spelling. *eyeroll*) played your Bellatrix. And no, it did look like Luna was smiling, and I was very wtf about that, as well! And it's just never explained. >< (Though, to be fair, if the books did it, I'd be fine with it. The second it's a movie I seem to put my Bitch Hat on. ^^)
