I watched the Harry Potter movie this weekend. I liked it very much... but I doubt you'll ever here a Potter book fan saying they looooooooved any of the movies

I agree about the "blah" feeling... But I blame it on the director. I think that the movie had a lot of potential but he did a horrible job. Like the casting: I agree that it was great, especially Luna. But the director rushed through some important parts and then dragged on with others. And how could he not put in a pensieve?????

LOL!!! I was annoyed about the pensieve too!!! I just thought to myself: Yeah! Like Snape would be dumb enough to risk Harry seeing his private memories like that!

I also kinda got frustrated with the Avada Kedrava spell being used instead of Stupify like it was supposed to, you know... in the Ministry.

On the whole... I don't even know how to explain in details why the movie was so "whatever"... I want to see it again... but I don't plan on paying to go to the movies again for that!
