I can go either way on this. There's like a half-dozen or so of these little "did s/he just say...?" as far as I know, and this is one where I'm leaning towards yes.

Yes, this does remind me of the DeadAlive did-he-say-"I-love-you"? and the FTF did-she-say-she-saw-the-spaceship? discussions.

The majority of those commenting on the video all seem very certain, not to mention excited.
