I have started wearing a brace on my wrist to try and head off my developing carpal tunnel. That's probably spelled wrong. Anyway, i heard that wearing a brace at night can help. So, I'm trying that so that hopefully i won't have to get the surgery someday. I'd rather get something useful like lipo.

So, Tom and I bought bikes yesterday. Today we rode about 14 miles. Pretty impressive. I'm slow and sucky, but I'll be buff eventually. Yay!
