Massive heartfelt thanks to everyone who sent their love and prayers to Jessica. She is out of hospital and thankfully on the mend. Your messages meant more than a simple 'thank you' can express, and I love you all xxx ( Read more... )

Scary... YES. She's still in quite a bit of pain, bless her. We're spending the week sofa-snuggling and watching Doctor Who dvds. I hope your sis is okay - Jess never had a problem with it before, it went from nought to gangrene in two days, eugh. Then she had an allergic reaction to general anaesthetic and morphine. It was dramatic, to say the least. Thank you again for your kind messages xxx <3

Thanks :) I hope you never have to find out what it feels like! We have a week to recover, thankfully. I.m glad you had a good experience with the NHS too :)

I'm so glad the wee one is okay ♥

And every so often the NHS comes through and can be ever so slightly awesome. It's the one thing about this country that I can honestly say makes me glad to live here.
