Sylvia Plath said that "There must be quite a few things a hot bath won't cure, but I don't know many of them." And I think that she was right, and that it extends to showers, as well.

It was Sylvia Plath who stuck her head in an oven when life got too cold. Not sure how much advice I would take from her.
