Johnson's Baby Shampoo is apparently great for removing waterproof mascara. I haven't tried it yet but my mom swears by it. Sounds good, then you dont have to scrub at it and irritate the skin around your eyes so it looks dark or lose unneccessary lashes to the scrubbing process.
