So I discovered the hard way today that I can, when pus comes to shove, pull open my wound, pluck out the silver lined cloth stuffed inside and then stuff a clean one right back in there.

Go me.

It hurt like freaking crazy but I did it when I thought my psyche wouldn't allow for it.

I am very proud of me.
