Hilary, how exactly does a raw-food stirfry work? I fry my stirfry with olive oil. "Fry" being the key word. As in cook. Above 118 degrees. Mmm-stir-fry.

I dont know, Ill have to ask my birthmother the next time I talk to her. ALex. I miss you soo much. I thought about you when I was in Olympia. You dont happen to have any raw food recipes do you? The only one I have is this fruit pie from the garden of vegan. I talked to my birthfather last night. He is thinking about opening up a vegan cafe that has a couple of bowling lanes. how great. xo! Hilary.

When I tried to go raw for a few days, I ate a lot of greens with tomatoes and tahini sauce (I made it out of a chunk of raw tahini, lots of lemon juice, and olive oil), and fruit. But that was when I could walk outside and gorge myself on a variety of vegetables, in winter my diet consists of soy dream, bagels, nutritional yeast, and tofu product.
