Fun-size apples

Today I have mostly been analysing questionnaires, and being annoyed beyond all levels of reasonable by the idea of fun-sized apples.

Surely apples are by definition fun-size? I always take fun-size to mean snack-sized, and I've never come across an apple that is meal-sized.

Also apples aren't nearly fun enough to have that description used about them, I'd have "small sized but still rubbish" as a better term ;)

See, I'm a big fan of apples, (apart from golden delicious, apples-lite) but I have to agree here. There is no size of apple that has any effect on my level of enjoyment.
