I turn 20 on Monday and I'm trying not to freak out because, while I realize that 20 is practically a child in the grand scheme of things, I realize that I'm 1/5 of a century, a little more than a 1/4 of my life is lived based on US women's life expectancy, and songs I like will soon be played on oldies stations

It really bugs me that my birthday is in such a position that I probably won't be celebrating it for the next three years. I didn't celebrate it this year because I was driving 19 hours back to Colorado. Yay.
