That was a great beginning - Death can be such a great character (see Terry Pratchett) and your Merlin handles him in such a believable way.

I look forward to reading more of this. :-)

Yes, I love writing Death's character. Its so much fun. I haven't read Terry Pratchett's Death yet, but it's on my ever growing list of things to read, lol. Thanks for taking the time to comment. I'm glad that you're enjoying it!
