Suit is always preferable to look professional according to experts, but if you don't have any that fits you properly, it is best not to wear one but wear something smart anyway. :)

Smart jacket or top will do. Just think of what impressed you about someone you know and copy it.

I always think smart trousers/skirt & smart top is fine for teaching interviews. All of my interviews were in summer and no-one in their right mind would have worn a jacket unless they wanted to risk sweating profusely throughout the interview.
If you do decide you want to wear a suit, I have a variety of suit skirts & jackets in sizes 12-18, charting my changing sizes over the course of several years of job interviews! You're welcome to pop down and try some if you want to go for the suit look, just give me a call.

Good luck! And I remember you going to your first teaching interview and fretting over not having a suit - and you got that one. Teachers mostly don't wear suits to teach anyway.
